This provides an opportunity to market your organisation to the 2024 SCTMC attendees, as well as attend the event.

Trade Exhibitor – limited availability
A popular option for organisations wanting to engage with attendees at the SCTMC, trade exhibition spaces sell quickly as they provide key exposure and opportunities to engage with attendees over the 3 day Conference, whether demonstrating key products and services for the travel and tropical medicine sector, and/or building awareness of research, trade exhibition spaces provide a great way to engage as well as build long term relationships with attendees.

Banner Display – limited opportunities
This package offers a unique opportunity for promotion during the Conference with a banner displayed in the Conference foyer and a flyer made available to attendees during the Conference, optimising the foot traffic through this key area of the Conference, which will also host the trade exhibition and catering.

Early Carer Researcher & Student Networking Event – One only
An important event in the Conference program, the Early Career Researcher (ECR) and Student Networking event sponsorship provides your organisation with key engagement with the next generation of professionals and researchers in travel and tropical medicine.
