Cancellation Policy

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to 2 August 2020, a full refund will be given (less a $100 processing fee). After this date, no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration add-ons (welcome reception) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.
